Refresh Detroit

Join the ASIS&T Student Chapter and Refresh Detroit for a website demo night on October 15, 2008 at the Wayne State University Undergraduate Library. Celebrate with Refresh Detroit as they have their first meeting in the city of Detroit! Refresh Detroit is part of the Refreshing Cities, a community of designers and developers working to refresh the creative, technical, and professional culture of New Media endeavors in their areas.
They are looking for people who will demo their creation, design, illustration, application, tool, or product. Each person will have five to ten minutes to present and answer questions. Their demo night last spring was such a success, they had to extend it to the next month to allow everyone to show off their latest work!
The ASIS&T student chapter is welcoming the opportunity to meet with web professionals who are committed to web standards, usability,and accessibility in their work.

The demo night will be held in the Undergraduate Library Community Room (3rd Floor) on Wednesday, October 15 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.

ASIS&T Meeting

We will simulcast this meeting virtually via Skype for any student that is not able to meet in Detroit. This meeting will also be recorded if you are unable to attend at that time. If you are interested in any of these options please indicate so on the RSVP form below.
